Mayor Pete has jumped into the national spotlight after his controversial “win” in Iowa – and while he’s getting a heck of a lot more attention, it’s not all good news for the controversial mayor.
Buttigieg was hammered hard at last weeks Dem debate in New Hampshire over his failed record and inept leadership as mayor of South Bend, Indiana.
Mayor Pete, dubbed “Mayor Cheat” after his eyebrow-raising “win” in Iowa, after it was discovered he was an investor in the failed voting app that caused mayhem, isn’t holding up well to the scrutiny that’s coming his way.
But it’s just “policy issue” concerns when it comes to Mayor Pete…his smug “robotic” persona is also under attack. Many people calling Pete a “try-hard” Obama replica.
As a matter of fact, the hashtag #WhiteObama was trending on Twitter today.

Mayor Pete-haters are now throwing everything but the kitchen sink his way, including critiquing some very creepy-looking photos of him eating.
Probably the weirdest photo is the first one on the left (below).
Mayor Pete is actually eating a cinnamon roll in that photo but it looks as if he’s in agony, devouring a 5-alarm chicken wing.
His eating habits are so strange to some, that one verified Twitter user called it out, declaring: “We are not talking nearly enough about how Pete Buttigieg consumes food,” and then went on to post a series of really grisly photos of Mayor Pete diving into his favorite foods like a wild wolverine.

“The fact that I thought he was eating a chicken wing in the first one for months before someone pointed out that no, it’s a cinnamon roll. Imo that’s completely disqualifying”

This reminds me of Johnny “Pancakes” Kasich.
Remember back in 2016, when President Trump called him out for his poor eating habits, saying he looked “disgusting” when he ate? That was the final nail in ol’ John’s political coffin.
I remember after that I never heard another word he said, I was always so distracted by how gross he ate his food!
As trivial as this stuff may seem on the surface, when it goes viral it can seriously drown out a candidate’s message very quickly and make them appear “creepy.”
