Well, this is going to blow Democrats’ complaints about Trump “abusing” the DOJ to reduce Roger Stone’s sentence right out of the water.
According to Alan Dershowitz, billionaire liberal donor George Soros told then-president Barack Obama to have the DOJ investigate an undisclosed individual.
Dershowitz is claiming that the identity of this said person will soon be revealed in an upcoming lawsuit.
Q: But let me just ask you — you said that George Soros asked Barack Obama to have his Justice Department investigate somebody?
Dershowitz: We’re — that’s going to come out in a lawsuit in the near future. Yeah
Q: Wow, well, we look forward to hearing more about that new.
Dershowitz: That’s not unusual. That is not unusual. People whisper to presidents all the time. Presidents whisper to [the] Justice Department all the time. It’s very common. It’s wrong, whoever does it, but it’s common, and we shouldn’t think that it’s unique to any particular president. I have in my possession the actual 302 form [an FBI record of an interview], which documents this issue, and it will, at the right time, come out. But I’m not free to disclose it now because it’s a case that’s not yet been filed. [Breitbart [1]]

This revelation comes right on the heels of Roger Stone receiving a reduced sentence from the
DOJ after it was revealed that a juror was incredibly biased in the trial.
President Trump stepped up his criticism of Justice Department prosecutors on Thursday concerning former campaign adviser Roger Stone’s criminal trial, after it was reported that the jury foreperson had posted anti-Trump and anti-Stone messages online.
A spokesman for Stone also told Fox News they were reviewing the new reports and considering their next move. “Mr. Stone and his defense team are diligently reviewing the newly reported information to determine any appropriate next steps,” the spokesman said in a statement.
The juror in question, Tomeka Hart, reportedly stated Wednesday that she was the foreperson and defended federal prosecutors who recommended up to nine years in prison for Stone, only to withdraw from the case after senior DOJ officials submitted a new filing that recommended a lighter sentence. Soon afterward, her history of Democratic activism and a string of her anti-Trump, left-wing social media posts came to light. [Fox News [3]]
Of course, the left is having a complete mental breakdown over this, claiming that Trump is abusing his power with the DOJ.
Odd how they didn’t have the same opinion when Soros was asking Obama’s Justice Department to do his bidding.
This is yet another example of how incredibly hypocritical Democrats truly are.
