For many years conservatives have hailed Clint Eastwood as a “Hollywood hero.” A lone conservative warrior fighting against the liberals, running around squinting and muttering, “make my day, commie…”
Sadly, that’s not really the reality of the situation.
Clint Eastwood has never been a “conservative.”
He’s a libertarian – and like many libertarians, he doesn’t like President Trump.
Yes, he likes some of the things he’s done – after all, Eastwood is (supposedly) a big #2A guy.

I say “supposedly” because whatever Eastwood believes in doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things…because Clint Eastwood doesn’t “like” President Trump’s “personality,” so all bets are off.
Like all wishy-washy weak men, everything comes down to their personal feelings. Clint is no different.
Trump is apparently too “bombastic” and “ruckus” for Eastwood – a little too much like Dirty Harry, perhaps?
So, it should come as no surprise to anyone that delicate snowflake Clint Eastwood isn’t supporting Trump in 2020.
What is outrageous, however, is who he is supporting – Eastwood is putting his support behind gun-grabbing tyrant Michael Bloomberg instead.
Clint will happily toss his gun rights down the drain simply because Trump isn’t “genteel enough.”
Wow, what a great conservative he is!
Actually, Eastwood is just another typical Hollywood loser and clown.
“The best thing we could do is just get Mike Bloomberg in there,” Eastwood told the Wall Street Journal. “Politics has gotten so ornery.”
Eastwood said he approves of “certain things that Trump has done” but is put off by his brash personality.
“[I wish Trump would act] in a more genteel way, without tweeting and calling people names,” Eastwood said. “I would personally like for him to not bring himself to that level.”
It’s ironic that Eastwood, 89, supports Bloomberg, considering that Bloomberg believes the government should let older people who get cancer die. Why? Because Bloomberg suggested that treating sick, old people is a waste of money.
So if Clint — who turns 90 in May — got cancer this year, his pal Mini-Mike would be content to let him die instead of treating him. [Bizpacreview [2]]
It’s important for Trump supporters to be cautious about who they support. I know a lot of Trump supporters have gone out of their way to support this man’s movies based on his so-called “conservative” politics.
If you want to Support his movies, do so for “entertainment,” not politics – because somehow or another all of these Hollywood types will let you down.
Think of it this way – both Clint Eastwood and Barabra Streisand are both endorsing the same candidate for 2020. That should tell you a lot.
