Harvard Law Professor Allen Dershowitz spoke on behalf of President Trump today at the Senate impeachment hearing and as you might imagine, he was brilliant.
Professor Dershowitz focused on the “lawlessness” of what the Democrats were doing and how it goes against everything our Constitution stands for and guarded against.
His points were well made, perfect, spot-on…
But one of my favorite parts of the speech was when he used impeachment-crazy Maxine Waters’ own words against her.

He used her words to point out the very lawlessness of the Democrats and even furthermore, he use her words to prove that it was they who were the ones abusing the power.
Waters, who as you know has been banging the impeachment drum for nearly 4-long-absurd years by now, said the following about impeachment:
“Impeachment is whatever Congress says it is. There is no law.”
Now, besides being an ignoramus for saying that, as Dersh points out, it’s a dangerous pattern and one that the Dems have followed, but that the Senate must stop…
If not, Dersh says that Congress will be putting its self above the law.

Today was an amazing day for #TeamTrump. It started out a little dry and slow and then boy-howdy did it ever heat up.
One of the best parts of the night was when Florida AG Pam Bondi took to the podium and shredded the Biden Crime Syndicate like a block of soft cheese.

There is no doubt that this day definitely took the “Bolton wind” out of the Dems sails – because as the non-RINOS put it, what Bolton says in a book manuscript has absolutely no bearing on a Senate impeachment trial. It changes nothing.
The only impact it can have is Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski could vote for witnesses. Okay, fine. Bring in Bolton, but we better see Joe and Hunter following right behind.
