Remember San Juan’s “Nasty” Mayor Carmen Yulin Cruz, who amazingly found time to get her “anti-Trump” t-shirts printed in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria?
This anti-Trump activist mayor used the people of Puerto Rico and their suffering to push her liberal activism and attack President Trump, who ironically did everything in his power to help the people of Puerto Rico after the devastating hurricane.

It turns out Trump was right – widespread corruption was the reason why the people were not getting their aid. On Saturday, the people of Puerto Rico discovered a warehouse filled with millions of dollars worth of Hurricane Maria supplies that were hidden away and never delivered to the needy people.
Now, the mayor of San Juan and her administration are under an FBI probe for corruption.
The administration of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Mayor Carmen Yulin Cruz—who rose to fame because she trashed President Trump for not helping the victims of Hurricane Maria—is reportedly under FBI investigation for corruption.
Cruz and other members of her administration are under investigation for allegedly keeping supplies from reaching the victims of the hurricane that damaged much of the island almost nine months ago.
The FBI reportedly began their investigation into Cruz after Yadra Molina, a former member of Cruz’s administration in charge of procurement, claimed in a February lawsuit that Cruz’s administration retaliated against her for reporting alleged acts of fraud within the administration.
Molina claimed she was punished for “report[ing] wrongdoing in her capacity as a private citizen, not as a public employee.” She said other city officials allegedly took part in a scheme that would bring business toward a supply company which paid the administration more than three times than what other suppliers normally charged.
Cruz has also been criticized for making the relief efforts more about a public relations effort to boost her image than about helping city residents obtain necessary supplies such as food and water. [Breitbart]
Our fake news media and lying Democrats owe President Trump an apology after attacking him relentlessly and claiming Maria was his “Katrina” and falsely saying he was not helping Maria victims because they were “brown people.”
Ridiculous lies.
All of that was fake news. It was actually the corrupt government of Puerto Rico that harmed its own citizens.
Did they hide supplies just to try and make President Trump look bad? There needs to be a thorough investigation.
This is why President Trump is so careful how he doles out U.S. taxpayer money to foreign countries with questionable governments.
These corrupt governments wouldn’t think twice about hurting their own people.
He did the same thing with Ukraine – and that’s why Dems are now impeaching him.
How shameful is that?
