Conservatives have said it all along – “climate change” is nothing more than a gigantic money-making scheme.
It’s no different than when you open your email and find some “Nigerian Prince” asking you to help him with his 18 billion dollar inheritance.
There’s an entire industry built up around the climate hoax – lightbulbs, electric cars, and of course solar, you name it.
And this is the industry where Obama decided to hang his political hat and it didn’t pay off for him.

Time after time a solar company he touted as “revolutionary” got tons and tons of American tax dollars only to go belly-up, wasting more money from hard-working Americans.
Now, we’re hearing that one of those “Obama solar companies” that got a huge federal payout was just busted (plead guilty) to operating a billion-dollar Ponzi scheme.
The owners of DC Solar, a Benicia-based company, pleaded guilty Friday to charges related to a billion-dollar Ponzi scheme used to finance luxury homes and automobiles, the purchase of a minor league baseball team and a sponsorship of a NASCAR team, federal officials said.
U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Scott said Jeff Carpoff, 49, of Martinez, has pleaded to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering. His wife, Paulette Carpoff, 46, has pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States and money laundering.
Jeff Carpoff faces a maximum statutory penalty of 30 years in prison. Paulette Carpoff faces a maximum statutory penalty of 15 years in prison.
Scott said the government’s investigation resulted in over $120 million in assets forfeited that will go to victims, and has returned $500 million to the United States Treasury, with more to come.
According to court documents, between 2011 and 2018, DC Solar manufactured mobile solar generator units — solar generators that were mounted on trailers — that were promoted as able to provide emergency power to cellphone towers and lighting at sporting events.
A significant incentive for investors were generous federal tax credits due to the solar nature of the units. [CBS Local [2]]
This is Obama’s legacy…using American tax dollars to pay crooks to be even more profitable crooks.
Look, we all want to keep the planet healthy and clean. There’s no argument there. But when unscrupulous hucksters use panic and hysteria and junk science as a way to fool gullible people so they can enrich themselves we must call it out and put an end to it.

These 2020 candidates are once again ready to throw coal miners down the trash chute and enact The Green New Deal, spending TRILLIONS of American tax dollars on more failed ” climate industry junk when time after time this stuff is proven to be a scheme or a flop.
Enough is enough.
