On Wednesday, Virginia’s Gov. Ralph Northam stood in front of the state capitol building’s podium to announce that he was issuing a temporary state of emergency ahead of a gun rights rally on Monday in Richmond.

Since then, second amendment rights advocates have been fuming.

Supporters of gun rights labeled Northam a “liar” and “tyrant” while also accusing him of fearmongering, while many have called for his resignation. Northam is attempting to incite violence and create a public health crisis. Not just to control gun ownership, but to eliminate all private ownership of any firearm. That is the goal.

I love how it’s always the “evil right-wingers” putting forward conspiracies about gun confiscation, fear, and paranoia. Yet, wasn’t it a VA Democrat that said that the governor should call out the national guard?

Do you support individual military members being able to opt out of getting the COVID vaccine?

Wasn’t it the governor that said the only way he would include a grandfather clause in the law was if VA residents agreed to register their firearms?

This is just more left-wing propaganda, saying that everyone who disagrees with them and has legitimate questions about their agenda is purely peddling conspiracy theories. Yet, many of these “conspiracy theories” have become truths in the new Democratic Party.

“Beto” O’Rourke got ostracized from the presidential race simply because he let the cat out of the bag on what Democrats would LOVE to see happen. If they tell you that they don’t want to take the guns away, ask them one simple question: What happens next when you’ve banned new AR-15s, magazines, etc., and violence levels haven’t dropped? What’s the plan then. The only options are to roll back the existing legislation or to keep pushing further and further.

Talk about media spin; these people are merely rallying to stop infringement on our rights. Governor Northam is ignoring his state laws that prohibit the state from prohibiting people from possessing firearms from where they are generally allowed to during a state of emergency. How hypocritical can he be breaking Virginia state law while trying to pass state laws that violate several amendments in our constitution? This is what tyranny looks like and is the reason for the pro-constitution rally.

“The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes…. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.” – Thomas Jefferson

They allow ANTIFA to participate, and suddenly all of the articles are about Virginians being on edge. It seems the media cannot hide that one.

In another article written on WAMU, the Governor said, “… there are groups with malicious plans for the rally…” What he is NOT saying is that it is ANTIFA and other left-wing radicals that have malicious plans, like they do at every one of these events. Make sure to keep an eye on any video of the Antifa people, wearing masks and bandannas while carrying bats and clubs. The Governor will still blame the pro-2nd Amendment groups. Sic Semper Tyrannus.

The Democrats and Liberals of the state of Virginia will be in for a rude awakening come next election considering Virginia was one of the founding states of this nation one of the reasons we broke ties with England was over gun rights. Liberals have tried to spin this into a white supremacy issue to fit their agenda when it has nothing to do with the issue at all.

It is not right that this governor lies to put fear into the people of Virginia. There’s no way any of these “Gun Rights” groups would ever threaten violence at a rally like this. These people are going to this rally to fight for their gun rights, and if they did threaten violence, then it would just go against everything they are fighting for.

If this governor can’t provide credible evidence of threats of violence, he should be forced to step down as governor and people at a rally should be permitted to carry their weapons.
