It is true that no human is illegal. Having said that, some humans do illegal things, like cross borders illegally, and there are consequences for that, as there should be.
This is where Dems lose the election. I cannot for the life of me understand encouraging an immigration policy that encourages welfare recipients to move to the US. I’ll vote for Pres. Trump on this issue alone.
The Supreme Court said Monday it would allow the Trump administration to begin enforcing a controversial new policy making it harder for low-income legal immigrants to obtain green cards or visas.

This is a significant ruling! If you want to immigrate to the U.S., you should be able to provide for yourself. We have enough people on welfare.
Democrats believe that illegal immigrants are more relevant and more deserving just by crossing the border into the US. They should have superior benefits because they are more entitled. In contrast, the bad US citizens have alleged privilege, so it needs to be taken away from them and given to the entitled illegal immigrants.
The American working class taxpayer should not have to support immigrants, especially those who are not here legally. Those that do come here legally should have employment waiting for them and be able to take care of themselves.
These rules are the same rules that have been in place since the 1800s; the only difference is that it is being written down. It used to be that when people sponsor an immigrant, that sponsor helped take care of that immigrant, from speaking English, getting a job, housing, teaching them our laws, and how to cope in the US. The past few decades, sponsors would bring immigrants over, and the first thing they do is to sign the immigrants up for every government freebie they can, absolving them of their responsibilities. Trump is just returning the responsibility to the sponsor as it should be.
Like several controversial rules, it has been challenged in federal court by immigration advocates and several states, and it’s lost in the Supreme Court.
While it is sad from a humanitarian standpoint, public funds should not be available to legal or illegal immigrants. My understanding is that even LIBERAL countries do not, and have not, provide those services.

I, along with the individuals who are similar in thinking, believe in immigration the right way. Most every other country required that immigrants be self-supporting or sponsored so that they won’t burden the existing citizens, so why shouldn’t we. This rule catches us up with the rest of the world, and it’s a good thing for taxpayers and US citizens.
There are too many American citizens, especially our military vets that need and have worked for benefits that sometimes are declined for no apparent reason. Thank God for Trump and his willingness to fight for the rights of Americans first!
SCOTUS and Federal judges. This is the primary reason why Trump was elected. As soon as Ginsberg is replaced, the country will be safer for another generation.
