While the Democrats are shooting blanks trying to prove Trump committed an illegal act in the impeachment trial, we have yet another act from the Obama administration that has been found “unlawful.”
Last week a report was released from the GAO that showed Obama violated federal law SEVEN TIMES.
But yet, he never faced impeachment…

Now the DOJ has finally stopped beating around the bush and has conceded that the Obama administrations FISA surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page was not lawful:
The Justice Department concluded there was insufficient evidence to authorize the extended electronic surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
In a letter delivered to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in December, the agency said it found “there was insufficient predication to establish probable cause to believe that Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power” in justifying the two final FISA warrant renewals.
FISA court presiding Judge James Boasberg acknowledged the lack of evidence in a court order, made public on Thursday, writing that the government concluded, “in view of the material misstatements and omissions, that the court’s authorizations … were not valid.”
The revelations come after DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz released a report that lambasted the agency and the FBI for 17 “significant errors and omissions” related to its wiretapping of Page, stretching from October 2016 to summer 2017, and relying on British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s salacious and unverified dossier. The watchdog also determined that the opening of the Trump-Russia investigation was justified, which was disputed by the Justice Department. [Washington Examiner [2]]
This explosive report will, of course, go unnoticed by the Democrats who are too busy trying to cook up non-existing evidence against Trump.
But it certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed by all as Reuters reporter Brad Health pointed out on Twitter, calling the report a “big deal.”
“This is a big deal. The Justice Department is conceding that two of the four FISA applications it used to conduct surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page were not lawful, and it’s not defending the legality of its other two applications.”

Do you think the New York Times, CNN or MSNBC will report on this?
The answer would be a resounding “NO!”
They’re much too busy going over the impeachment trial frame-by-frame, treating this sad spectacle like it’s the Super Bowl of news.
News flash liberal media – NO ONE CARES.
