Mistrial of the Century.

On Sunday, Pres. Trump lawyers responded to the House Judiciary Committee’s request regarding the Commander-in-chief participating in the Democrats’ impeachment inquiry circus in the House Judiciary Committee with a resounding no.

Pat Cipollone, White House counsel, wrote to Rep. Jerry Nadler, House Judiciary Chairman, that “This baseless and highly partisan inquiry violates all past historical precedent, basic due process rights, and fundamental fairness.”

Cipollone also added, “It is too late to cure the profound procedural deficiencies that have tainted this entire inquiry.”

Lawyers for President Trump said on Sunday that they would not participate in the House Judiciary Committee’s first public impeachment hearing on Wednesday, airing a long list of complaints that they said prevented “any semblance of a fair process.”

Representative Jerrold Nadler, Democrat of New York and the chairman of the committee, had given the White House a Sunday deadline for the president or his lawyers to take up the opportunity to appear at the hearing, where a panel of legal experts will offer an assessment of whether Mr. Trump committed impeachable offenses.

“We cannot fairly be expected to participate in a hearing while the witnesses are yet to be named and while it remains unclear whether the Judiciary Committee will afford the president a fair process through additional hearings,” Pat A. Cipollone, the White House counsel, wrote in a letter to Mr. Nadler, arguing that “an invitation to an academic discussion” would not “provide the president with any semblance of a fair process.”

“Under the current circumstances,” he continued, “we do not intend to participate in your Wednesday hearing.” [NY Times]

Excellent news and, most certainly, the proper course of action. This entire ‘impeachment’ witch-hunt is illegitimate. It’s an egregious left-wing sham even worse than the ford debacle.

The Democrats are pressing forward with nothing. This is sedition, and they need to be removed from office. They have been in a desperate rage for months now. The Dem party is coming apart at the seams.

OPINION: Matt Drudge Lies and Twists Tucker’s Anti-Media Rant Into an Assault on Trump ‘Trump a Full-Blown BS Artist’

Joe Biden’s crooked past is catching up to him. Bernie Sanders had a heart attack. Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates claim electing Elizabeth Warren would be a disaster for the country. Donations have almost stopped coming in for most of the Democrats. Michael Bloomberg has stepped in to try to stop the bleeding. Democrats have been attempting to recruit Michelle Obama to run, and now they are even trying to get a woman that spent 2 billion dollars losing twice to run again. The party is falling apart, and all of the trolls George Soros can hire can’t stop it.

At this point, the Democrat party is just a circus of clowns. It’s even funnier when you consider low information voter votes for these clowns. Funny and yet at the same time, very sad.

Trump Derangement Syndrome Democrats. Remember these seeds you have sewn when Pres. Trump wins again in 2020!
