If you missed the latest acts in the ongoing impeachment circus, I think this interaction between Congressman Chris Stewart from Utah and Former Ukrainian Yovanovitch should cover it for you. Former Ukrainian Ambassador Yovanovitch spent the the first part of her testimony taking shots at President Trump. Then Trump tweeted everything she touches turns to, well you know.
Everywhere Marie Yovanovitch went turned bad. She started off in Somalia, how did that go? Then fast forward to Ukraine, where the new Ukrainian President spoke unfavorably about her in my second phone call with him. It is a U.S. President’s absolute right to appoint ambassadors.

Yovanovitch said she felt threatened but why? She was already fired. When the real questions were asked by Congressman Steward the walls came crumbling down. In fact, the former ambassador had no option except to exonerate the President altogether.
