[VIDEO] Napolitano: Trump Is Unfit To Serve In The WH Due To His “Disparagement Of The Constitution”

By Wayne Dupree | November 12, 2019

Judge Andrew Napolitano’s rhetoric toward Pres. Donald Trump went farther than it ever has before when he gave comments that POTUS was unfit to serve in the White House due to his “disparagement of the Constitution he is sworn to uphold.”

Napolitano, a Fox News judicial analyst, said this on his Fox Nation show, Liberty File. The Judge also outlined numerous instances in which Trump has allegedly acted in an unconstitutional and “potentially dangerous” manner.

In watching the video below, I’ve come to the conclusion, no president from either party should expect to hear encouragement from any news TV network, newspaper or news radio show. They should expect fair, factual and accurate reporting. Nothing more and nothing less.

Napolitano potshots at Pres. Trump came from a legal perspective:

“Here’s what else is on my radar this week: The president and the Constitution – again. In nearly three years in office, President Donald Trump has spent federal dollars not authorized by Congress; separated families and incarcerated children at the Texas-Mexico border in defiance of a federal court order; pulled 1,000 American troops out of Syria ignoring a commitment to allies and facilitating war against civilians there; and sent 2,000 American troops to Saudi Arabia without a congressional authorization or declaration of war.”

“He has also criminally obstructed a Department of Justice investigation of himself, but escaped prosecution because of the intercession of an attorney general more loyal to him than to the Constitution — the Constitution!”

“James Madison, the scrivener of the Constitution, insisted that the word ‘faithfully’ be in the presidential oath and that the oath itself be in the Constitution to remind presidents to enforce laws and comply with constitutional Provisions whether they agree with them or not and to immunize the oath from congressional alteration. Recently, Trump referred to a clause in the Constitution as ‘phony’ and he thereby implied that he need not abide it nor enforce it, notwithstanding his oath.”

Judge Nap has been wrong many times and the fact is he was a municipal judge and not a Federal Judge or prosecutor changes perspective in a huge way.

Constitutional law isn’t his experience and many people that are experts in constitutional and federal law Harvard law professor Dershowitz, Joseph diGenova, US attorney for District of Columbia, Brett Tolman US Attorney for the District of Utah all disagree with the judge.
