Liberals are coming apart at the seams once again over ICE. This time they’re frothing at the mouth over a sting operation led by ICE that catches illegal immigrants who sign up for a fictitious “university.”

About 90 additional foreign students of a fake university in metro Detroit created by the Department of Homeland Security have been arrested in recent months.

A total of about 250 students have now been arrested since January on immigration violations by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as part of a sting operation by federal agents who enticed foreign-born students, mostly from India, to attend the school that marketed itself as offering graduate programs in technology and computer studies, according to ICE officials.

Many of those arrested have been deported to India while others are contesting their removals. One has been allowed to stay after being granted lawful permanent resident status by an immigration judge. [Detroit Freepress]

Liberals like Alyssa Milano, AOC, and Elizabeth Warren are calling this “cruel,” meanwhile, do they realize this policy was created under Obama and has been in place since 2015?

Alyssa Milano is shocked at this because up until a few months ago she likely thought ICE was just something she placed place in her highball cocktail. These new “political pundits” and bartender-politicians like AOC have zero clue what’s been going on. They think President Trump is this evil dictator when in actuality, the cages and the university – all happened under Obama.

Elizabeth Warren is a career politician and she knows damn well it was happening under Obama. She just realizes that her base of supports are clueless dullards and she can feign outrage and they won’t be any wiser.

By the way, it’s a great program. Always GOOD to catch people breaking our laws, so KUDOS to ICE!

2020 Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren, an alumnus of the Obama administration, called it “cruel and appalling.” She added, “These students simply dreamed of getting the high-quality higher education America can offer. ICE deceived and entrapped them, just to deport them.”

Newsday columnist Dan Janison lamented, “Once again the private sector shows the way. Trump’s experience setting up fake universities has been adapted for government use.” He was quickly ratioed by Twitter users eager to point out to him when the sting operation was created.

Jamil Smith, a “journalist” at Rolling Stone, tweeted, “Leave it to the Trump administration to use a fake university—this time, to trick immigrants into forking over cash for fake classes and invalidating their legal visas in the process.  They ended up arrested by ICE. How is this anything but entrapment?” He’s not acknowledged the fact it started under Obama despite nearly a full day of being corrected.

There are endless tweets from liberals outraged at Trump, accusing him and the sting of being heartless, racist, etc. etc. And there’s a deafening silence to the revelation that it started under Barack Obama, their left-wing messiah.

Will the left acknowledge their error? Probably not. Joe Biden still claims that he and Obama never locked kids up in cages when, in fact, they did. Most people on the left conveniently ignore inconvenient facts about Obama’s immigration record because they’d much rather believe that Trump is solely responsible for things they consider racist and appalling.
