It seems Christian Bale needs more attention and is picking on former VP Dick Cheney to get it.
Bale played Cheney in the movie Vice. Bale claimed that Cheney reached out to him through his daughter’s school to give his opinion of the actor, but Cheney claims that it didn’t happen.
It would’ve been cool if Bale had turned in his performance but didn’t show up seemingly half-drunk pandering to the audience. I’m not a Cheney sycophant, but it seemed low brow and devoid of class when he started trashing the subject of his portrayal. Less like an artist and more like a class clown turning to the cheering students and saying. “Am I right, guys?”

Bale, 45, starred as the former Bush White House VP in the film, which earned him an Academy Award nomination for best actor. Speaking to Yahoo Entertainment, Bale said he wasn’t sure if Cheney had actually watched the movie, but claims he had some blunt thoughts for the man who portrayed him on the big screen.
“Strangely enough it was through my son’s school,” Bale explained. “One of the moms was at a party that [Cheney] was at, and she said, ‘Oh, I’m going to be seeing Christian tomorrow, you have anything to say to him?'” Bale told the outlet. “And he said, ‘Tell him he’s a d—.'”
The actor said he initially thought Cheney was making a joke on his own name, but that doesn’t appear to be the case.
“I went, ‘Oh, at least he’s got a sense of humor,” Bale said. “And she said, ‘No, there was no humor to it whatsoever.’”
Representatives for Bale did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment. [Fox News [2]]
Let me get this straight. Bale portrays Cheney in the most insulting manner possible, then gets mad that his son’s friend’s mom heard from her third cousin’s second cousin that Cheney thinks he is a d***. High school, much?
Liberal Hollywood has no problem with their vulgar criticism of conservatives, but to be honest, we don’t care about it and laugh it off. After all, Hollywood is a source is uneducated, rich people who play pretend.
