Sen. Kamala Harris has never lead, not even once, not even close. The only reason why she is still around at all is that it is still bringing in donations for the Democratic Party. Not much, but still it is something. And Democrats will need all the money they can get for the 2024 election.

Some claim Harris’ campaign is unraveling. She was not electable, to begin with. That is it in a nutshell. The field is so weak; billionaire Michael Bloomberg has jumped in. Most have gone so far left that they can’t come back enough to win in general. Tulsi Gabbard is the only one that has resisted the call of the far left, but the DNC will make sure she is gone soon.

Addressing the campaign skid itself, Harris has never recovered from the debate attack of Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, at the Democratic primary debate in July, the New York Times reported.

They also added that Harris didn’t respond sharply to an attack on her prosecutorial record from Gabbard — “even after Harris had been prepped for the topic.”

“There are too many examples to cite but she put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations and then laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana,” Gabbard said at the debate, Fox News noted.

“The bottom line is, Senator Harris, when you were in a position to make a difference and impact in these people’s lives, you did not,” Gabbard declared.

Gabbard also went for the throat when she claimed Harris helped to maintain a cash bail system that disproportionately hurt poor people. That’s right; she accused Harris of having kept prisoners beyond their sentence to use them as “cheap labor,” and for blocking evidence that would have allegedly “freed an innocent man from death row.”

These words stunned Harris and the media from coast to coast because most knew Gabbard was telling the truth, but hearing it projected on a debate stage rather than behind the scenes whispers was a huge blow to the California lawmaker.

The fact that she has tried to suppress evidence that would allow convictions to be overturned is enough to disqualify her from the president. The job of a civil or criminal lawyer is to act in your client’s best interest using every legal means necessary. By contrast, when you are a District Attorney (DA) or Attorney General (AG), you must act in the best interest of the people, ALL THE PEOPLE. As DA and AG, Harris tried to get convictions by any legal means available. THIS IS WRONG!

As a public servant, she should have been interested in the truth, not a win. By fighting the release of legitimate evidence, she tried to subvert the truth for the sake of a win for her office. That’s not how it works. The taxpayers are paying you to put away bad people with the law and protect good people by obeying the law as well. You don’t go after people because you think you can get a win. You go after them because you believe that the evidence proves they are guilty.

Harris was unable to organize and keep her campaign successful, which is 100% on her. If she can not do that, she is not presidential material. Another thing, her campaign was never promising. She thought she was the female version of Barack Obama, even though that title might be saved for Cory Booker. She ran for the Senate against a more experienced candidate, and because she won, she assumed that meant she did not need to prove herself as a Senator but use her Senate seat to run for President.

On a conference call after that debate I mentioned earlier, several of Harris’s donors were “alarmed and urged the campaign to strike back” at Gabbard more aggressively, the Times reported, citing two unnamed sources.

Harris and Booker will be the next to drop out. Before the last debate, Booker was begging for campaign funds so that he could be on that debate stage, “please send money if you want to hear what I have to say.” It seems they both are running on race issues only. They have already been there, done that, with BarackObama taking race relations back by about 20 years in this country.

To call Harris a “promising presidential campaign,” is criminal. You have got to be joking. Nobody in the Democratic Party line up has a promising campaign unless you are equating pandering as promising. Her whole game plan relied on going after Joe Biden and his record. It worked initially, and her poll numbers went up. In the next debate, Biden was ready for her and went after her record as District Attorney. Gabbard did the same to her. Harris had no answers to the offense she received. Her campaign was downhill after that.

According to the Real Clear Politics average of polls for the Democratic nomination, in July, Harris was in second place, with an average of 15 percent of primary voters. Now, the average shows her with just under four percent.
